They were very nice and honest. After going to 2 dealerships and not getting my car fixed they had me ready to go in 2 days!
My experience with The Shop was great! I had the steering damper go out on my Jeep. A common problem for Wranglers. As the warranty had passed the Jeep dealership quoted me $5,000. I figured that was highway robbery. The Shop was able to diagnose and fix the part for less than $300. Also, I was in and out in about two hours. They have a customer in me for as long as I’m in central Arkansas. Please bring your vehicles to them!
Great communication and a very reasonable price. Down to earth mechanic that everyone needs. Uses sunbit and mechanic works with you on paying for the repair.
We had an issue with our car and The Shop was very honest with us. They ran diagnostics and gave me a quote, but were fully transparent that there might be more side effects down the line. He put my well being above making money off of me and that’s why I will always bring my cars to him
Great experience! Adam showed me pictures of possible issues for the future and explained everything clearly. The Shop was very accommodating easy to get in and fast. Service was excellent, prices were great and I’ll definitely be back and recommend.
