Adam is super kind, and very friendly. He had me in and out in five minutes and was able to rearrange his schedule for me to come in. His shop is super clean and very easy to find with GPS! I would much rather support a small business than have to sit at my dealership for three hours. Highly recommend them.
Adam and the team at the shop are good people. From the experience I had, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I came in to get my Mazda Cx9 diagnosed for electrical issues and Adam did what he could to get me an answer the same day. He followed through with that and with further diagnosis to the vehicle, he confirmed that it would be something that Mazda would be better fit to handle as they would have the proper hardware and software for the job. I was having a lot of weird codes popping up on my display and having a lot problems with my truck running bad. Couldn't unlock my truck with the key fob or even start my truck. They ran an a complete diagnostic test on the complete system and found the negative battery cable was bad. They replaced the battery cable and I haven't had any problems with it since. I highly recommend The Shop to anyone I know. They are honest and have very reasonable prices
Awesome experience! Adam kept me posted along the way while working on our van. He gave great advice and options for repair. We will definitely be taking our other vehicles to The Shop. Go see him!
Great service, great communication, and did excellent work. In fact have them doing some repair and maintenance work on another vehicle!
