We was there yesterday had no trouble with service I had no problems asking for help. I asked a person and they helped right away will keep coming back.
Friendly staff and great free family craft projects and seasonal photos. What's not to like? And they have outdoor and fishing things too. B-)
I took my 2 grandsons and their friend to see Santa arrive and we all had a good time! Thanks for the cookies and hot chocolate :)
Horrible customer service. My son and I were attempting to buy shoes. Salesman acted as tho we were a terrible inconvenience. I finally gave up, I'll order from LL Bean. Son did buy a pair of boots. Then we went to the gun display case to buy a $700 scope for my hubby for Christmas. The salesman actually walked away from my son who was wanting to look at a specific scope, guess he thought my son wasn't serious or perhaps he thought my son couldn't afford it. We will buy it elsewhere.
I was unaware that veterans get a discount. Was in there Sunday and the young man checking me out told me. Thank you Bass Pro
