I always loved Bass Pro. Friendly people and great merchandise! Great selection!
Came to watch the plunge. Took way to long and my grandkids got bored. Toured around the inside of the building for quite awhile. Not once we're we asked if anyone could help us. Let the grandkids go outside to fish. And we're treated very rudely. After my 2 grandkids fished a bit my grandson had been given a fish hat. Take 170.00 arrows in to be cut. They have a new guy cut them and he cuts them too short. I make multiple phone calls and 6 1 hour trips to try and make it right... I get told they are waiting on the manager to ok it and contact them on Friday to get the new arrows ordered... Another phone call today and bass pro wants to tell me "it is what it is".... I spend thousands with Bass Pro every year just spent over $3500.00 in there and I get the disrespectful "it is what it is"... Bass Pro will not receive another single cent fr... read more
