First time in this store and wasn’t bad for Columbia size of town. Great salesman helped me out with fishing gear to buy since I have no clue to get. First time to go fishing with the boy. So he was very helpful
Has a good selection of things. Little bit of everything for its size. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pet friendly.
I took my 6 year old fishing today and the staff were wonderful and so patient. The kid caught 9 fish and she was a happy camper. We're excited to go back.
Boat salesman acts like he doesn't want to be there. Horrible customer service. Quoted around 6% finance rate. Many days later finally got an answer from the bank they use. With perfect credit they said 16% rate. Contacted corporate office in Springfield, they said they don't handle these kind of issues? If they don't who does? Bought a Lowes boat . Much better deal and interest at 5.9% Will never go back here for anything. Don't waste your time.
Gene in the firearms area is great to deal with. I would recommend asking for him if you go there.
My three-year-old granddaughter came to see Santa and was turned away because they were out of tickets. How does that make Santa look in her eyes. how disappointing in bass pro!
