The new management is horrible , charging extra fees , lied to about details in the apartments , asked for prior pictures prior to move out and was advised of a new law so can’t obtain , work orders closed out without being fixed , socket caught on fire and shocked finger , stove burner had electric issue where on low it would be on high , garage broken into , daughters electric scooter stolen had to make police report , upon move out 7/31/25 pro rated me for a day because I put my notice in early! charged $210 for carpet cl... read more
We lived here for three years and would have continued if we weren’t moving out of state. This place is perfect in every sense. The complex is clean, safe, and quiet, with large garages and plenty of open parking. The apartments are spacious with ample storage. The leasing office staff is always helpful, responsive, and quick to return calls if they miss one. My mother and I were looking for an apartment where she could lease something for 6 months. She lives in Europe and wanted to have the freedom to travel back and forth to have a stable home for a certain period of time. Like most places, the Shires require your salary to be x3 the rent. My mother's salary is slightly below this number, and they refused to work with us even when we offered to pay for all 6 months up front. Her credit score is excellent too.
