I had an item shipped from there. It never arrived and they were no help in finding it. Actually they were very belligerent through the whole ordeal Nor did they answer their phone after multiple tries.

I've used this place for more than 10 years to ship things, even to other countries such as Japan, and they've always been amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them! They have a lot of different carriers all in one place too: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. The customer service is wonderful! I've literally NEVER had a difficult or upsetting experience there! The employees always go above and beyond to help in any way they can, and are extremely polite.
