Pretty disappointed with the outcome of our move-in clean. Communications with the team were great and we felt very confident going in after the walk through, especially with how well-reviewed the company is and after having two separate people refer us to them, but there were several issues. We explicitly asked for a few items to be cleaned and were assured that even though they were not typically items on their standard list they would be done - they were not (quickly wiping out the washer/dryer, spot cleaning walls). Shiners Cleaning has provided services to my home for a number of years and I am very happy. They respond to inquiries promptly and send out service reminders in advance. Bridget is fast, efficient, friendly, and flexible - In short, she is wonderful. She comes once a month. The few times a sub was needed, was no problem as Shiners communicates with each other.
