I found these guys a few years ago and I’m so happy I did! I’ve had a few different of their people come out for my regular cleaning and for special jobs. My regular cleaner, Torrence, is amazing. He always does such a great job and has always been responsive and flexible when I need something to be done differently or changed that week. We have twice a month cleaning and I am totally spoiled! Nicole is the BEST! She is always on time, and a very pleasant person to work with and my cat is obsessed with her. The only problem is, that I want to eat out every night, so the kitchen doesn't get messed up, lol.
I have been with The Shiners since 2019, and Kaythi is my current Shiner. Kaythi is hard-working and reliable. She shows professional attention to detail and does everything I ask to a very high standard. I very much appreciate having Kaythi come to clean my home!
Favorite cleaners we’ve ever had!! Tessa is our cleaner and we are so happy with her! She’s super friendly, trustworthy and does an amazing job. Always goes above and beyond. Jared who I communicate with for scheduling is also great! They also use natural products, yay to that, no harsh chemical smells. Would recommend to someone looking for a great cleaning company.
