Helen did not respond to my emails and phone calls. I cancelled the contract due to lack of her follow up.
Zero effort to rent our condo. No responses to our calls, texts and emails.

Jose - Unfortunately this statement isn't correct. Our efforts to rent your condo were impacted partially by the condo being offered for rent by you at a lower move in cost. It is confusing to the consumer to see the same unit offered with two different costs. We wish you the best of luck in renting your unit.
