When I pulled up for my wash there was 3 employees just standing inside no one came outside to make sure I got through. I came threw a 2nd time because I had bugs all over my car still. same thing sat there until they noticed me they still didn’t come out. they finally came out but the girl said she had to do a “rewash” since I just came threw so I don’t know what that was about. I also had asked for touchless and the girl said she would let the person know and she didn’t. I had to tell the person to do the touchless option.... read more
Bought the wash that guarantees bug removal. After going through twice went home and the bugs were still all over the front of my car. Will never go back
When I went up to pay they tried to upsell me several times after I said no to a subscription and then when I tried to get the base level one time carwash, the sales guy told me the base level wash would still leave my car “pretty dirty”. If the wash isn’t even effective then why would I want a subscription?? It was $13 and it really did leave my car kind of dirty. Never going back.
