The rooms where nice for being outdated however I woke up with headache evey morning due to the very strong oder of bleach in the pillows and sheets. The food was good but seemed to take long to get your order. We had a banquet dinner one night and it seemed they where not equipped to handle that big of a crowd. Food had to send back becuase it was undercooked, there was 7 people at my table no one had matching plates or salad bowls and for champagne we had margarita glasses.
Excelente buen servicio al cliente, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias.
Front desk arent accomodating even for a simple request that our family room prefer tp be in a same floor
Complementary breakfast was 5-star... Room decor could use updated and could hear walking upstairs. (Food/service = 5-star's)
