The Porters are the sweetest. And the only nice and helpful!!! The food is terrible. Room services forget it. The maids hardly ever clean the room. Nothing to order after 10:30 pm ( like water or to drink) .

Truly beautiful hotel, our city view suite is stunning, all staff are exceptional and the location cannot be beat! Central Park is right outside the front door!
