Since Bozzuto came back and took over things at this place have been a lot better!! I am now on my second year living here and things have progressed so much from when I first moved in! I just have to brag a little bit about the amazing team in the rental office because they have done so much for me personally and they make it so comfortable living here. I understand rent is a little steep for what you get but every where you go in this area is high, it’s all about location.

I️ am not sure what type of management would work for this place. The walls and windows are super thin or cheap. I️ hear everything from the slamming of the doors to go outside to peoples personal parties and conversations. My time is coming to an end and it will be bitter sweet only because of location. Must find something with better quality for the money.

But, my daughter was on the waiting for 1 bdrm moderate income. She was called and told to bring security deposit. I took it for her within the hour and when I arrived, s/o else was there for same unit. She was very disappointed because she is a graduate and it would have been a better commute to work. She was promised to be called for next available unit. No call yet!

I recently moved out (thank god) this place has been a nightmare under greystar. It took Weeks and withholding rent in order to get repairs done, and when it was repaired it would just break 2 to 3 weeks later. Community events and activities in the apartment are now non existent or a shell of what it used to be. No one communicates anything to you so be prepared to follow up multiple times in order to get anything done. I wish I could say I've completely washed my hands of greystar but I can't because even though I've moved... read more
