Had great BBQ there today. Got to meet Brad. Rode in from Effingham, Illinois
If I could post a picture of the two little slices of brisket I got for 14 bucks I would. Ridiculously over priced my family will no longer visit the shed again, still Hungary so off to get steaks at Greers
BBQ was good . A little pricey , but you pay for good quality so not complaining, just saying you know what to expect . Ribs were fall off the bone , great music and staff was courteous and really nice . Will recommend to others on base to go experience . Great way to spend a Saturday night .
We ate here on Tuesday. I loved the atmosphere. The food was delicious and price was great.
Atmosphere was great which is what makes this place a 3... If your from the south and had great BBQ you will not like the food. This place was on my bucket list of restaurants that's why we stopped (heck planned our NOLA trip from Bham) to see what that shed was about.. I guess being from Bham we had high expectations.. Very disappointed in food.
Food was great but "inside dining room" A/C not cooling. We sat outside because at least there was a breeze but then you have to fight the flies off your food. Also another inconsiderate patron thought it was okay to smoke a cigarette at the table near us while eating. Other than that it was an excellent dining experience. We will go back.
I love the Shed but I was very disappointed yesterday when I ordered a pulled pork plate lunch and 1lb of pulled pork to bring home for dinner for the family and it was all cartilage and large chunks of Fat. Very disappointed after spending $30+ for cartilage and fat. The sweet tea, slice of bread and beans was good though
The ribs had too much fat on them, and there was no sauce available to add more flavor. The side servings were too small. We paid almost $50.00 for this food. It was not worth it to sit on a picnic table in an in air conditioned place with temps sitting on 93;degrees.
My wife chicken was cold ran out of brisket pork ribs was real fatty took 45 minutes to get the food
