On October 21, 2021 I had an appointment scheduled with an employee at The Shear Lounge in Downey, California. I showed her what I wanted to have done and I was quoted a price of $350. After she removed the foil I noticed burn marks on my face near the temples. I made it clear that my face was burning and itching and she ignored me.
