Went to the Shave for the first time today. Paid for the "Men's Haircut - Full" service, specifically because I wanted to get a shampoo. I hate walking away from a haircut with all the small hair all over my face and neck. I saw John, he used 27 minutes of the allotted 40 minute time slot, so had plenty of time, but did not offer a wash or any of the other services the full service offers. The 1st time I went, Marlon was great and the haircut & beard trim was top notch. I have twice (2x) tried to make an appointment to get another haircut & beard trim, but each time on the day of my appointment I have received a text from their scheduleing ststem which states that my appointment has been cancelled. Today I called up to the shop to find out what's going on after receiving a text saying my appointment was cancelled and the person stated that they weren't there at the location but would be back in 10 minutes and ... read more
