I purchased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 from the sharpest rides. They promised the vehicle was in perfect conditions with no issues. Once the vehicle was delivered to me at my home that is out of state from the dealership, it was delivered with the "check engine" light on. I took it to my local Toyota dealership and was informed it had multiple issues that totaled over $1200. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! THEY LIED ABOUT DOING A 360 INSPECTION ON THE VEHICLE. Worst customer service in the world. No one can even answer the phone or return a call. Just to leave a message is like pulling teeth. Bought car it was dirty and little gas in it. I had to get repairs for over 1300 dolllars. Begged for reimbursement only got half. In every way possible these folks are no good, I beg you to not deal with these total scumbags.
