Definitely the best hairstylist in Decatur. I have very thick hair which is not easy to manage, but Penny gave me the perfect haircut and adds the wow factor in her styles. I love my hair more thanks to Penny! ❤️

This was my first visit to see Penny, and WOW! She made my hair look amazing! I love the fact that she is so easy to talk to, and is great at what she does! I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Penny does such a phenomenal job! I have long hair with highlights, and whether I’m fresh from a highlight and cut or right before an appointment, it always looks great. I’ve been going to Penny for years and do not trust anyone else.
