I can’t recommend Heather at The Shade Store in Brentwood highly enough. From start to finish, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her customers. Incredible service and quick turnaround. I’ve worked with Heather twice and the process has always been stress free. I live in manhattan and my building COI requirements usually hold up projects like these. Never the case here. And the products speak for themselves: silent, voice activated (Siri) black out blinds in my bright south facing unit make it feel cozy.
The Shade Store branch in Brentwood was incredibly helpful. I would especially like to thank Mary Skahill who was so informative and patient. She managed several changes to my order with efficiency and good cheer, and she always called me back promptly. I would definitely go back to them with my shade needs!
Very professional staff, Heather was amazing and worked with us closely throughout the project, really happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend them.
