My experience was wonderful, because I had employee Mary Skahill working with me. She answered my emails amazingly promptly, was able to get the 20 %off sale extended for me, and move up the installation date. She was a real pro, so very attentive, and worked hard for me. Also, the installers did an excellent job. I am extremely pleased.
Heather and her team are the definition of care and professionalism. I had a tough problem to solve with a window treatment and Heather's patience and expertise were invaluable - we now have the shade installed and it's EXACTLY what we wanted. It looks amazing and Heather and Alex made it happen! Thank you!
I wasn’t quite sure it would be worth the price. And it does take awhile to get custom drapes and blinds. But now that the installation is complete I can say I’m very happy. The oak and cherry blinds look awesome. The installer was very nice as well.
