On a random Saturday I called The Shade Store and Heather answered the phone. And although I'm in Maryland and she's in California she was able to assist me in finding just what we were looking for to replace our window coverings. She made the experience pleasant and stress free. The shades we ordered arrived quickly and were installed successfully. Every step of the way Heather communicated with me via email to ensure everything went as planned. I really appreciate the customer service.
