Mary Shakill is a wealth of knowledge and experience. She helped us troubleshoot throughout the process and has a great eye for design. We are thrilled with the results of our custom draping and blinds in our new home. Out install was done outside of their typical coverage area but tt was a smooth process and she kept us updated throughout. Highly recommend!
We had all of windows replaced which snowballed into replacing all of our existing blinds. It was an overwhelming process until I walked into The Shade Store and was greeted by Mary. She listen to my needs, ask just the right questions and was so friendly to work with. I went home with samples and knew I walked into the right store. Heather my rep at Shade Store was amazing - but the process was rather sluggish with multiple visits for the measuring. Installation was great too.
