The store is beautiful and has a great selection and quality products. Mary was my sales associate she was helpful and knowledgeable. The install was as easy as can be. There was an issue with my product after ordering and waiting for the blinds to be delivered I was informed that a part to make the blinds was back ordered FOR 3 months! That was very annoying. But the blinds are up now and they look nice.
Mary Skahill at the Brentwood location of The Shade Store is such a pleasure to work with. She carefully went over my options and took the time to make sure I would be happy with my purchase of Solar Shades.
