Incredible customer service! We originally bought shades online and unfortunately received a different product than what we had purchased. Customer service was absolutely incredible! They were extremely kind and accommodating. They came to measure our space, ordered us new shades and installed them, ensuring we received the best product possible. The scheduling was very simple and the installer was very nice, precise, on time, and professional. I highly recommend this store!
They're the absolute best. Incredible service (Alex is insanely awesome). I had an issue and they did everything humanly possible to fix it, I couldn't appreciate them more. Such amazing work + service. I realized shades aren't something you can do on your own always, professional help is worth it.
Our experience with the company has been a pleasure - from start to finish. Natasha was a wonderful rep - patient while it took us weeks (maybe more than a month) to make our decision. She was flexible when we changed our minds several times about fabrics and window treatment type, and then when we were exasperated she made a suggestion that turned out to be the best fabric for us, very, very happy with the results.
