Kimberly Sueta-Liles did a great job explaining the various strengths and weaknesses of different kinds of shade materials and what our options were. We took home samples and decided on fabrics that best suited our needs. Someone came out and measured our windows and then a few weeks later the shades arrived and a very knowledgeable installer came out - right on time - installed the shades, explained how to use them, and took away the old shades. Overall very satisfied.

The shades and drape turned out beautifully—exactly the look we were hoping to achieve in our new home. The quality is excellent, and the installation was seamless. Highly recommend!
