Go see Kimberly in the DC store. You will not be disappointed- she is incredibly knowledgeable of all products with a keen design eye! Our installer, David, was also fantastic- professional, caring, and very friendly. The ordering and delivery process is quick and easy, as is the measurement and install appointments. This was a big investment for us and worth every penny - you get what you pay for and at the Shade Store that means great service and a beautiful end result!

Oh my goodness! What a MESS. Ordered shades for bedroom.. they measured and the items were the wrong size. Ok… reorder. The correct sized shades arrived and were put up~~. That same day a SECOND set of replacement shades arrived. Total waste. Then the LR curtains came and SURPRISE they were the wrong size. Ok…. Reorder in correct size. Corrected hardware arrives and was supposed to be installed today…. But they made ANOTHER error. And so we wait. Who knows when correct item will arrive…. Working on a project in another state, I began the project with someone from corporate who was seemingly knowledgeable and on track. We got pretty far and she arranged samples and a quote for me. Eventually, I needed to go to a showroom to see additional sample options where I found something perfect for the project. A local sales person in store then proceeded to trash my original quote, suggesting the corporate person helping me hadn’t gotten some details, measurements, or other items right.
