Richard was a tremendous help with my drapery and shade design process. The delivery and installation was also seamless. Very happy with my products!!!
Spent $18k on shades. One broke within a few weeks. It was picked up, then lost in transit....and this was 6+ months ago. Still no resolution in sight and no shade. Save your money and use a company that values their customers. Awful customer service.
Kerry, my designer, was meticulous and so responsive to my questions and concerns. She walked me through all of our items and even designed a mock photo to show me how the drapes would look. Cesar, my installer, did a fabulous job. He steamed the drapes to perfection! I could not recommend this team more highly
