The Shade Store – West Palm Beach: Buyer Beware! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with The Shade Store in West Palm Beach has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased shades for 14 windows in my new home. The entire team (Carli, Mark and Joe) did an incredible job helping us pick the material (shades & drapes) for our master bedroom, measuring our windows and having everything delivered and installed on time. Highly recommended.
The Shade Store in West Palm Beach is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. The customer service is basically non existent and if you are trying to collect on their “so called” lifetime warranty, be prepared to wait a lifetime. I have a defective living room shade that has not worked since January and despite ten attempts to get service I am still waiting. All they do is send chargers, which I don’t need. I would highly recommend searching for another provider.
