I really like the shade store and its options. It is not cheap, of course, but you get what you pay for. We were happy with the communication and the installation. We would use them again!
We spent $12,000 on motorized blinds, and trying to get support has been a nightmare. It took over a month of back and forth just to get on the schedule—calls, emails, multiple follow-ups. Their team was nearly impossible to reach. When we finally got an appointment, it was a month out... and then they canceled it the morning of. Shelley Takas helped me select and purchased the motorized cellular shades with blackout for my son's bedroom. Shelley was professional, super efficient, and knowledgeable about the products, fabrics and price points. The product was delivered on time and the installer, Tim Hanick was in and out in no time.
