Shelley Takas helped me select and purchased the motorized cellular shades with blackout for my son's bedroom. Shelley was professional, super efficient, and knowledgeable about the products, fabrics and price points. The product was delivered on time and the installer, Tim Hanick was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this product and this store!

I had a very frustrating experience working with some of the team members representing the shade store at the Hollow Mill Location in Atlanta. Originally I made a purchase for zebra shades for large windows in my home. At the time of deciding what to buy I felt like Paige was able to answer all my questions, she seemed authentic and honest. This review is regarding the service provided by the sales rep and the installers that worked my orders. I've had production issues with a complex order for some time, but Shelley worked hard to assist me. She went above and beyond to have the corporate side directly address those issues. John spent the most time putting up and fixing my shades. He worked efficiently during the multiple times he visited. Easy guy to talk to when answering questions.
