True white glove service and they don't even call it white glove like so many loosely claim to be. Stacy at the Shade Store showroom in ADAC was attentive, helpful with samples and detailed explanation of options. Stacy followed up with quote and ETA along with scheduling for installation. I would also like to compliment the communication with the shade store. we received text notices at 30 minutes prior to arrival as well as 15 minutes prior to arrival and they actually showed up when they said.
