Very BAD customer service
We had the pleasure of working with Marilyn on drapes and a valence for our nursery. Mariyln helped source custom material for the project and did a wonderful job bringing our vision to life!
I shopped around at several different shade stores and was immediately impressed with the variety, pricing and services The Shade & Drape Co offered. My shades have now been fully installed and I am in love with them. Ted and his team did a great job from beginning to end!
Just got an old damaged (by my dog!) Hunter Douglas blind replaced by these folks. They went above and beyond to help me get the same blind I was replacing and even worked with the factory to get the blind made from discontinued fabric stock. Then when the blind arrived they were kind enough to drop it off to me directly rather than me having to Goni to the shop. So. All around a very impressive, professional and helpful staff and a customer experience that means I can’t recommend these guys strongly enough!
