One side is way longer the. The other was passed on from the person I was supposed to have my appointment with to someone who rushed threw my cut spent 29 on a jacked up hair cut and now have to spend more money to get my hair fixed

Today was my first time at the salon and I am for sure going to be making another appointment. I worked with the stylist Kaylin. I love this place such a friendly warm environment with exceptionally talented Stylists!! I was lucky enough to find Grace Vascik who is a Curly hair stylist.. and I received not only the best haircut in my life but for the first time ever she sculpted my Very thick and heavy Curly hair into the exact style I wanted with Voluptuous light curls! We are new to the Milton area and we visited the Shabby to Chic Salon today to have my daughter’s hair cut. She has very long and curly hair, that can be difficult to manage, but the stylist we saw, Kira specializes in curly hair! She did an excellent job and even took the time to show us a few tips and tricks to try at home! We are very pleased and will definitely be back! The atmosphere was very pleasant and uplifting!
I had a very bad experience here. I was given a gift certificate that wasn't honored even though it wasn't expired. Thankfully the massage therapist tried to make it right (only reason I gave 2 stars) but the management was awful to deal with. I felt embarrassed, as she was rude and condescending to me in front of other customers. By the time the ordeal was over, I never wanted to go back.
