Do not go here!!! Left home at 4am from Sumter, when I got here they could not extract my cavity but refer me to an oral surgeon. The lady on the phone was like yes they will extract it! They didnt, they just took my money!!!! I explained to them that I have a cavity with a whole in it and is painful, but they did gave me a Prescription for Amoxicillian. I was told to be there at 5:30 am and I was. I stood in the parking lot for 30 minutes because they don't open til 6am. They herded us in like cattle and they were rude and unapproachable. They say they want to keep their patients well informed of the process but they just want to, they don't do it. The wait is very long, it is intolerably cold and you have to take a lunch. This place leaves a lot to be desired. They do not care about their clients. Waited 2.5 hours to sit in the dental chair for 15 minutes. One guy came in and looked ay tooth: said we will get it out, might be broken in pieces but we will get it out. The dentist walked the room twice never spoke. Next thing I know the assistant is handling me my file to check out. I asked why, the dentist replied I am going to lunch. 10:30AM I was told to come back after lunch. Dentist must have been 70 years old. This was a waist of time.
On September 20, 2021. I went back to Sexton Dental Clinic to replace my immature dentures that they made on October 26, 2020of last year. The permanent dentures fixed really good and have a lot of suction. But the teeth is horrible. They looked so bad and feels like sandpaper. I paid for the best which supposed to be the signature dentures. I also had signature dentures gor my immature dentures also, but they looks better then my permanent dentures. Horrible service. Charged me for reline after spending $4,000 dollars. Had a covid scare and couldn't make the 3 month mark.
I went to Sexton and they made my teeth so Beautiful . They even put my gap back like I've always had . My friend's don't even believe I have dentures . THANK YOU SEXTON DENTAL FOR GREAT JOB DONE YOU MADE MY SMILE BEAUTIFUL AGAIN. I Would Recommend Sexton to all my family and friends . They need to close this place down with all them lawsuits!! Nobody’s ever at their desks now and u have to constantly call and get no results until they decide to call u back. Needed a toothache pulled since Thursday and it’s Friday and haven’t gotten an appt yet. One more thing, they got the prices on the website but when u call, ITS A DIFF STORY. I’m scared of that place
Dr.Hester is literally the happiest dentist iv ever meet. He made sure I didn't feel the first pinch. The numbing is usually worst part I didn't feel the needle. Had 4 teeth out before I knew it.i read reviews that said they were rude ..very untrue .they are focused not rude.very cheap 4 extraction and partial $540.00
