Hannah was wonderful at the leasing office, she helped me with the application process and made the entire application process smooth. She responded to all my emails at a timely manner and kept me updated on everything and overall Hannah was amazing!
Once again 3 month after this happened again for the 5th time they broke in into my working van! Worst part is that the APARTMENT COMPLEX has not done anything to make situation better! Not even added one more camera or have the lights turned on in the parking lot DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They have security guards but only to be walking around
Kevin, the Business Manager, provided outstanding customer service throughout my time at the community. He was always professional, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues I had with my apartment. He genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate everything he did for me and highly recommend this community because of the excellent management. This company is so lucky to have Kevin on their team. Thank you, Kevin for all that you do for me!
Big shoutout to Jasmine in the leasing office. From the first tour she knew her stuff and took the time to show me everything from the amenities to the parking garage and trash chutes. I had read that the essential housing application could take a while but I applied in the office and got approved in less than 24 hours.
