SCAM! If you are holding out hope that Service Connection or American Home Shield will help you, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! Our washing machine had gotten increasingly loud. AHS (also a scam - they work together) sent out a technician from another company who told us the central hub was worn out and we would need a total replace. Same here. He came and replaced something and the fridge still didn't work. He said he needed another part. It's been three weeks and they won't return my calls anymore. Update: They are assigned to come look at my microwave so maybe this time will be better and I'll adjust my review accordingly.
Don’t know much about this company. But they get 1 star because they sub-contracted to Spirit Delivery who has an equally bad and more deserved one star rating.
