I had my rear-end on my Roush overhauled by them Oct. 2019. It failed March 2022. Spent 2200.00 for nothing. They DO NOT stand behind the work they do. Spoke with Mathew and was basically blown off as if he did no care of the quality of work they did. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Just got off the phone with Chris... I had some pretty basic questions, and must have been wasting his time because by the end of the conversation he couldn't even say goodbye have a nice day. Instead he just hung up.
The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced! Cancel an order same day, they send it anyway, claiming someone else picked it up and shipped it anyway. Two months of trying to return with only being told, “we will not pay the $100 shipping you will be charged, have a nice day” keep in mind, it was NEVER SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SENT.
Well, I've had my rear differential done twice here. Both times I developed a howl on the coast side of my gears. 2 shops verified that it was incorrect pinion setup. As promised, I came back to update once they negotiated a refund and I received it. Credit to them for eventually coming around. If you have issues, be prepared for a drawn out process though. Don't bring your Wrangler JL or Gladiator JT here. They don't know how to service those.
