Prompt scheduling, good communication (tentatively scheduled but had to get parts and checked back in when they became available), and fixed on the first visit. Very knowledgeable -- Judy immediately noticed when I gave the wrong model number (washer instead of dryer), suggested that the fix could be cheaper than we expected because other parts often fail than the one we thought given the device's history, and gave us a good ballpark quote covering the range of costs we might see.

They came exactly when promised and knew exactly what to do. No fumbling through manuals. They even had a homemade tool for flushing the defroster drain line! Perfect service 10/10 would use again.

It's hard not to love this company; they are super pleasant, come prepared, and have kept us from having the expense of replacing both our dryer and dishwasher. Very cost effective, and they show up with all the parts they'll need. I've had them out multiple times, and can't say enough good things about them - having a great service team is the second half of buying appliances. It's like having a good mechanic for your car - in the end, they save you way more than they cost. And they're pleasant and professional doing it :)
