Wow!! An incredible experience trying on dresses and buying my dress here. Rhiannon was very helpful and sought out swatches and feedback from the designer when I decided to do something custom. Can’t wait to see my dress!
I had the greatest experience with Caitlin! She got to know me and my dress style before taking me into the back room where all the dresses were. I was impressed with how well she knew the collections of the various designers and how well she listened to my feedback. I liked everything she brought me and it wasn’t long before I found my perfect dress! This place exceeded my expectation of what wedding dress shopping would be like! I went into store a few weeks ago looking for a bridal gown for next October. They had a cancellation and I was able to try on a few dresses. Being a size 22 I assumed nothing in the store would fit me. They actually had a good bit of plus size options for being a smaller store. The lady that helped me was amazing! I’ve been to bridal stores where the consultants have no idea how to help a larger woman find a dress and I was so happy that was not the case here. Loved this little boutique! The shop was clean and decorated in an inviting manner. Rachel was excellent and let me and my girls look and try on all accessories. Their customer service is on point and follow up is even better. I highly recommend!
This place was so magical and wonderful and perfect. They have a great selection of romantic, bohemian, beautiful dresses that I just loved. They give you a room for your friends/family to stay in and for you to show off the dresses in...so you are getting your own private, unique experience. The customer service was AMAZING. I cannot say enough great things about The Sentimentalist. I am not at all a typical blushing bride. I do not like being the center of attention and the thought of trying on clothes, let alone wedding dresses, in front of a group of people made me shutter. My bridal assistant, Rhiannon, was fantastic and made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
