We had a minor issue with the curtain in our unit and it was resolved very quickly thanks to Mr Sedlak fast follow up and excellent work.
This is a nice building but what really stands out is Saoirse in the concierge team, in addition to being kind and helpful, she takes her work very personally and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for people. In the couple of months I’ve lived here, she has gone above and beyond for me several times and I truly appreciate her efforts.
The truth is package retrieval has become more chaotic and confusing ever since we got the larger parcel room. But when I was having a hard time finding my package, I knew to wait and come back when I noticed Saoirse was at concierge. Saoirse had the room organized and I immediately found my package. Saoirse goes above and beyond her duties and is a pleasure every time I see her.
Sadman is the best concierge! I genuinely love living here - everything is well thought out and maintained. Great people, great amenities, great building overall. Recommended it to 3 of my friends a year ago. They all live here now and loving it!
