*Photos to come* Wow... WORST FLORIST I HAVE EVER SEEN!! We ordered a full white cross with white roses and we got DEAD white AND PINK carnations with ZERO roses. I mean, who was putting this arrangement together? Someone clearly with no experience and sympathy for a family losing a loved one. Pretty sure they took the arrangement from another grave and just gave it to us reused. NEVER EVER EVER EVER trust this business!!!! Amazing, the Rose's were absolutely beautiful, and the chocolate covered stawberries were delicious. My son wants another box of the strawberries.... Thank you so much. My parents bought me the flowers from Alaska..
Terrible customer service!! I ordered flowers from them online and received an e-mail confirmation. I called them the same day to ask about the delivery, they didn't answer the phone so I left a message. They NEVER returned my call. The flowers didn't arrive so, I emailed and called again. Once again, they did NOT return my phone call or respond to the email. Terrible management. I do NOT recommend this florist.
I now see why you'd like to keep your garden secret. The flowers this shop uses are all dead or dying. How disgusting that a shop would have the audacity to send dead flowers AND the incorrect arrangement to a funeral. Shame on this shop.
