I'm N.Y.er , this is where I took my wife on our first date 25 years ago. She had graduated with a degree on legal studies. I wanted to celebrate the occasion with a throwback Thursday . It was beautiful,delicious and very pleasant
The building is great. The building management and staff are top notch! HOWEVER...BEWARE OF RENTING UNIT #7G from owner Juan Mesa. He robbed me of my security deposit and lied about the unit. Every interaction with this man was contentious. He's not a nice person to rent from. He's Unprofessional and Nasty attitude. I'm filing suit to get my security deposit back.
