So far, management has bettered its responses to stressful situations, as well as created a much more efficient package pick-up procedure. All-in-all, I see a lot of positive improvements.
Ever since I have been associated with The Seasons I have met great people and great staff that go above and beyond to do their jobs!
Their room mate matching is a crock. Put a 17 year old girl with 3 boys. You pay for furnished and apparently pay for living room furniture for everyone else. Prepaid visa you get 3 weeks after moving in still not here after 9 weeks. Place was FILTHY upon move in...the list goes on!!!!!!!!!!!!
