The bride and I met with the owners son to discuss a small fall wedding in mid- July. I was told it was good to go, date was open and doable - but needed parent's input the next day. The bride or I never received a call back - nor did the bride or I ever receive a response to multiple emails and phone calls. I think this level of customer service is reprehensible and am glad we have found a different venue and owners who appreciate good customer service to work with.
