Went for a Friday lunch. Short wait of 25 minutes but worth it. Shrimp, fish, hush puppies and dessert-- all good!
We shared the Shack Attack blackened. More than enough for two!
Yes there is a line to get in, but don't let that deter you from eating here. Hands down the spot to eat in if your a person whom enjoys simple pleasures of life. The best clam po boy ever!!!!
Absolutely worth the wait! Get there super early. Restaurant is first come first serve. You have to wait in line outside. Wait time is normally 1-2 hours
Waited in line a bit, which was to be expected. Enjoyed our food. Hush puppies were a bit over cooked. Obviously that's the norm for this place. Everyone else seems to love them. I would go back.
The BEST seafood on the island!! Fried Catfish, Shrimp, Crabcakes..and oh don't forget the hushpuppies!! The first time my little one ate fish and she went back for more!!
Asked if the chef could use clean cooking utensils to prepare my daughter's grilled sea scallops. She has cross contamination food sensitivities. There were no clean cooking utensils in the entire restaurant per the lady taking our order. They sent us out the door, after a wait of an hour and a half.

I liked it, I got the shack attack blackened, very good, nothing fancy but good food at a fair price. Hint to all: get there around 4:00, they open at 5:00, or you'll be way back in the line.
