Really terrible experience. I've been in Miami for a few years and it's been incredibly hard to find decent healthcare. I found Dr. Schottenstein via google and she had decent reviews. As a doctor, she was super friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable, so definitely wouldn't discount any of this. However, her office management team and the process thereafter has been awful. I was told by Dr. S that I might have an infection, and so she took a medical swab of my nail and told me to come back in a few weeks without any real foll... read more
I made an appointment in January and at that time the office accepted my health insurance. One day before my appointment the office called to verify my insurance, at this time in March the office said they no longer accept my insurance and I had to pay full price of a $180 for the visit. I would not recommend this office.

How grateful I am to have found this Podiatrist! During this entire year, I have been essentially throw the wrong by the medical system starting from my main doctor to fail MRIs to physical therapy and two back shots that didn’t necessarily solve the issues that I had at my feet.
