I went in for an ingrown toenail and was in so much pain. Dr. Schottenstein took great care of me and removed the ingrown nail in seconds. She was so cool and down-to-earth. The staff truly cares about their patients and took amazing care of me. I just had my follow-up appointment, and everything looks great. Thanks, Doc!
I am a triathlete, and I chose this doctor because of how she presented herself on her website as someone with expertise in sports related foot injuries and athletes. I came to this place with a fractured ankle, uncertain if I would need surgery. However, thanks to Dr. Schottenstein and her exceptional care, my experience was truly outstanding. By God’s grace—and through her dedication—surgery was not necessary. Today, I am fully recovered and walking very well. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Schottenstein, her entire staff, and the therapy team for their kindness, professionalism, and for supporting me every step of the way throughout this process.

I had been dealing with an ingrown nail for years, and Dr. Schottenstein fixed it in just 30 minutes. It has now healed perfectly and looks like a completely normal nail again. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her and her lovely team to anyone! On a more personal note, I always feel like an old friend visiting once Dr. Schottenstein walks in, makes you want to come back even when your issues are (inevitably) resolved
