The Schneider Group bought my home, as is, at a reasonable price. They let me leave things I didn't want to move, saving me dumpster or removal costs. I didn't have to fix anything, and they didn't require an inspection. But best of all, they rushed the closing to bring it in earlier than my already-purchased new home closing, making a loan unnecessary. All this made the transactions quick and easy and a good value.
