Sara represented my son in a child custody case for his newborn. She always explained thoroughly the steps he needed to get through the case and gain joint custody of his child. I had a very disappointing experience with Sara M. Schmook did not feel defended or properly represented at any point during my case. Communication was extremely difficult because neither the attorney nor most of the staff speak Spanish fluently, and the office is far from truly bilingual. This created misunderstandings and made the entire process stressful and frustrating.
