Charles has been a true partner in the process, advising minor updates to the house, and got it sold before hitting the market. Was there every step of way by organizing contractors, negotiate on our behalf to sell the house, and handling the moving of furniture since you were out of country. Was able to make the process seamless and convenient since we were overseas.
