When I was looking for an apartment in San Mateo, Scafine Group was a huge help. Connor was an angel along the way, helping me in every way possible to move in as quickly as possible. The Scafine Group, especially Zach, has been amazing! He is incredibly accommodating, allowing us to move in early, which made a big difference for us. I rented a place in San Mateo county for about two years. Scafine did a good job with management. Connor was great in showing the property and processing the application. They have a good system for this. After that they have an app for all payments and maintenance that works well. Any issues for maintenance were resolved promptly. Moveout was efficient and everything was email and electronic, which was great. Keep in mind that the company is beholden to the owner so that could frustrate any tenants.
