If I could give a negative rating, I would have done that. Dishonest and Incompetent property management. Took over our building from previous owners, sent us wrongful eviction notice for "substantial remodeling". Me and my neighbors were more caught up on the laws than they were. We requested the owners to find a middle ground so that we could save our little community and still pay the market rent without the remodeling. But of course capitalism. When I was looking for an apartment in San Mateo, Scafine Group was a huge help. Connor was an angel along the way, helping me in every way possible to move in as quickly as possible.
