No idea how they have an A+ rating. I live at one of their complexes in Houston, Texas and it is completely awful. I've lived here for 6 months and it's been nothing but bad. The day before I moved in I was told that the walls still needed painting and that there was a hole in my bathtub and it would need to be replaced. It took them a week to complete the tub and it looks like the work was done by a small child. The ******** apartments do not post how much you owe for the month on their online portal until the first of the month which is the same day your bill is due. It is difficult to reach the office to amend any issues with your bill and they will charge a late fee if you do not pay on the first of the month. When moving out I was told my rent would be prorated but this was not reflected on the online portal. This is a horrible complex to live in. The management has run these apartments to the ground! for the past year and a half my apartment has flooded 3 times, they do not come out to fix anything and the maintenance requests are never put in. They have made us live in inhabitable conditions with the smell of mold, wet carpet every time it rains, We have complained and begged for them to send someone to fix the issues we are having and all of our requests are ignored. Absolutely the worst apartment complex owners, and staff. When it came time to move out I called the office to make sure I had all the information I needed to know to make sure I was not going to get charged extra and break my lease, I had a month and 5 days left (my fiancé and I bought a house). Surprised at all the positive reviews on here, Due to the fact that this place is completely horrifying. To start, This manager Michael ******* is very incompetent . he was very unprofessional, his attitude and discrimination was not appropriate, he showed up late to every "Scheduled" appointment. So far I have been given quite a run around by the Richdale Account Services Specialist and her supervisor. As a group they have violated the TAA contract, and have not given me a written signed copy. They have been misleading me and have charged me incorrectly. I have emails from them that have now been proven to not be truthful. I have documented where they are incorrect, and the Account Services Supervisor will not respond to my emails nor my calls.
