I have lived at the Sawyer for almost a year now. Ever since I moved in there has been major problems with the elevators not functioning. I thought it wasn’t a big issue at first until this happened every 2 weeks until about 7 months ago when one elevator broke down for good leaving us with only 1 elevator- It is important to note the “functioning” elevator makes horrible sounds when you’re in it the mechanism inside- I assumed the wires hit the elevator and it’s is with no exaggeration scary. Everything breaks-elevator was down for 1/3 of my lease. Crime is huge problem Management will NEVER answer the phone Dirty 24/7 ALWAYS loud during weekends due to majority of units being rented via air BNB
