RecommendedTonight was my first time there and won’t be my last! Lori did an amazing job talking through the different services they offer and makes me excited to try them. The facility is so clean, modern, and designed for relaxing! I did the salt therapy room - it was fantastic and I cannot wait to do another session! Pricing is cheaper than I expected which is surprising for the first class experience you receive, but allows to make it part of a healthy lifestyle!
I spent the afternoon revitalizing and taking care of me, so I checked out The Sauna Haus. I spent 45 minutes in a salt room, relaxing and breathing in micro particles of salt that open respiratory airways and improve skin. This was the best experience ever! The owner was so sweet, so informative, and so welcoming. The environment is a relaxing oasis that I never want to leave. I will most definitely be back! First time going today. It was AMAZING! From the relaxing atmosphere to the music to the cold lavender washcloth afterward...simply wonderful! Lori is a sweetheart too! I highly recommend!!!

I'm new to The Sauna Haus, and I absolutely love it. I've had both the sauna and salt therapies, and I think this place has just changed my life. Lori is awesome to work with, and is so friendly and helpful. I have a lot of joint stiffness, and one session in the sauna made a huge difference. And both the sauna and salt therapies has already helped my rosacea. Love, love, love.
