Deciding to sell my home was overwhelming but my family just out grew the place. I was recommended by a friend to contact Samantha and after meeting her and Arun I felt at eased. They took the time to answer all of my questions and kept me up to date with everything. After few weeks I got several offers. What I loved about working with them is they got me more than what I was excepting, was always very professional and kind. I am happy with the new home they also helped me to purchase after selling.
They got me $70,000 more than I excepted from selling my home. All the way very professional and updated me weekly on what was happening with my home process. I took a great offer and recently safely closed even with the lock down happening, I was very impressed by their persistent to get to the closing table. I cannot thank both of them enough for their time and for educating me more about real estate. I have already sent two referrals their way. Thanks guys!!!
My review is late.. they sold my home last year and relocated me to another state. Overall I am glad I met Samantha at the park and got to know her because her and her husband did a satisfying for job for my family. They knew the market very well and advise me with the pricing. 2 weeks after listing my home it was under contract $1000 less than what is was listed for. I refer them to family and friends in NY. I hold them close to my heart as new family member.
Did such an outstanding job by selling my property. At first I was skeptical but they over delivered.
