Lovely apartment, terrible management. It takes forever to get a hold from them. They would tell you that they'd get back to you, and then you'd never hear from them again until you rush them. It's really been a pain to deal with them. There's no locked gates, no leasing offices, no gyms, no pools, no lockers for packages and no visitor parking spots. The environment around is nice and I really like those antique looking apartments, but facilities are also old, and they're charging a lot because it's close to TCU. You could ... read more

I love the Sasha! The place is great, it’s a perfect location. My unit was spacious and well designed. The complex is always kept impeccably clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue you may have. I noticed a 1 star review and I’m not sure if they’re referring to the same complex. As soon as I submitted a maintenance request, my issue was resolved same day. I highly recommend the Sasha! Go check them out for yourself! :)

Before Proxy Management took over, this was such a great place to live. A great community, well kept units and facilities with great management that lived on property. I moved in November of 2020 and Proxy Management took over August of 2022. After Proxy Management took over, my time at the Sasha at University was a major disappointment. Their incompetence and lack of care for their tenants made living in their apartments an unbearable experience. The management team was consistently unresponsive and unhelpful.
