He will take your money and ignore any call and emails and give you excuse after excuse of why he has done nothing on your case. He has taken dozens of peoples money and has several open investigations with the state bar that won’t show on the state bar website until he is convicted but he will appeal after appeal to draw out the fact that he is out here taking peoples money and not refunding them! He’s a drug addict and alcoholic!
He took my money and did nothing but file the initial application. I paid his fee in full for two cases and ad litem and after 11 months he never even applied for the ad litem. He also over charged me for the ad litem by 500. He took the last of my money to try and get some of my husbands estate. I literally cried in this man’s office about losing my husband and me and my kids kicked out by my husbands mother and everything taken from us.
