Good luck with scheduling your child here. I constantly called and left messages trying to schedule my son an appointment to no avail. No call back or nothing. They claim to have a walk in service at 8-9am. However if they decide they will not see your child and reschedule you. The office manager Cathy is very disrespectful she didn’t care about my sons illness and offered no resolution. Worst Dr ever!! 5 months of trying to get my sons medical records and all lies!! Then they claim they never saw him. Misdiagnosed my son and he ended up in ER! Horrible practice and they don’t care about any child’s wellness. They will talk down to you and treat you bad. I hate giving a 1 Star but have to so others can know how horrible this place is. Just check out all the reviews!! Stay away from this place!

Dr. Fleener and all of the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and take the best care of my son since birth and I recommend their office to anyone looking for a pediatrician. I love the fact that they have a separate area for well children vs sick children and their office is extremely clean�

Terrible doctors office. Rude uncaring staff and doctors. They don't take the time to listen to your concerns and are never friendly or good with the kids. Seriously don't understand why any of them chose a career working with kids because they are not at all kid friendly. They always seem mad and grumpy and annoyed and inconvenienced, and rush you out as fast as they can. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a pediatrician.
Dr. Fleener had been my sons pedi for over a year now. I've called them maybe 3 times int he past year? They never returned any of the calls. Dr. Fleener was great at first, shes become very rude though. After waiting an hour for our last appointment(average wait is 30-40 minutes), my husband and I decided enough was enough. We're currently trying to switch pedi's but it's been 2 maybe 3 weeks and the new pedi still doesn't have his records.
