Just had the best experience! Walked in needing someone to fix my bangs and was hoping to connect with a new stylist. Claire was so sweet to accommodate me. We talked about my hair goals, which includes embracing my greys- with a little help. She loved what’s happening there. She fixed my self-cut bangs and we made a plan for me to come back. I felt heard, respected and now hopeful for a great relationship! What a doll!
